Become a Certified Master Hypnotherapist

Welcome to the Master Hypnotherapy Certification Course, led by Sarojini Alva Changkakoti, a seasoned Trainer and former Senior Advisory Board member of the National Association of Transpersonal Hypnotherapists (NATH).

Master level Hypnotherapy operates on the belief that clients possess the solutions to their trilogy condition within the subconscious, unconscious, and superconscious realms of the mind. Trilogy condition refers to the integrated state of mind, body, and spirit, guided by the individual's internal representations. Through regression, the trilogy condition can be accessed and transformed directly. Advanced hypnotherapy facilitates emotional clearing and perceptual change, utilizing client imagery for both internal and external transformations.

This intense course is an opportunity for self healing and for learning NATH’s unique models for transformation.
This course is designed for the hypnotherapist who is certified and familiar with regressive-trance state therapy. Master Level Hypnotherapy or MHt contends that the client already holds the answers within.
On this level, regression hypnotherapy is used as a modality for emotional clearing and perceptual change.

  • When should I start classes?
You can join at any point after your first trimester! This course is tailored to guide you through pregnancy, labor, childbirth, and equip you with lifelong tools. Ideally, you'd start the series no later than 33 weeks since it spans 5 weeks.
  • Does my partner need to attend? What if I don’t have a partner?
We welcome families of all kinds to join the classes! While partners are strongly encouraged to attend, their presence can greatly boost their confidence in assisting during labor and birth. However, it's not mandatory. Even if a partner can only make it to a few classes, it's better than nothing, and the initial class is particularly crucial. Don't have a partner? No worries – you're welcome to bring any other support person, whether it's a family member, friend, doula, or anyone else you trust.
  • Will HypnoBirthing help if I am planning or need a medicated birth, including cesarean?
Absolutely! The relaxation techniques you'll learn in class empower you to maintain composure and concentration whether you're preparing for planned medications or navigating unexpected situations where medication becomes necessary during labor. Additionally, the daily relaxation exercises you'll practice can contribute to your baby's well-being, regardless of the specifics of their birth. HypnoBirthing offers more than just birth preparation; it equips you with valuable life skills that will support you throughout your journey into parenthood.
  • How do I know if HypnoBirthing® is for me?
The insights from this class are applicable to EVERYONE. We naturally enter a state of hypnosis 10-15 times daily, making it a familiar process for both mind and body. Attending an in-person class offers significant advantages, as I can tailor the program to your individual learning style and provide personalized troubleshooting if needed. Let's ensure everything clicks just right for you!
  • Will I have a pain free birth?
While no one can promise how your birth will unfold or the level of pain you'll experience, it's been demonstrated that HypnoBirthing® classes significantly DECREASE the intensity of pain during labor and alter the way you perceive it. HypnoBirthing® students typically report resorting to epidurals only 23% of the time, compared to the national average of 71%.
